1. Information We Collect
PhotoEditor.Studio was designed with privacy as a core principle. By default, we do not use analytics tools to collect browsing data.
Your image files are processed exclusively on your device, using modern browser technologies (Canvas API and Web Workers). No photo is sent, stored, or processed on our servers — because we simply don't have image processing servers.
As with any hosted website, Vercel infrastructure may process minimal technical request data, such as IP address, browser headers, date, and time, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security. This is separate from Vercel Web Analytics.
After you accept all in the privacy notice, we may collect basic website usage data through Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics. Neither tool receives the content of your images.
2. Use of Cookies
We use strictly necessary local storage to save preferences, including your consent choice. Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics load only after you accept all. PhotoEditor.Studio is under Google AdSense review and does not yet display ad units. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google's certified CMP manages advertising consent choices.

3. Your Photos and Images
All your photos are processed locally in your browser:
• No photo is uploaded to our servers
• No image is stored online
• Only you have access to your files
• When you close your browser, temporary data is automatically erased
4. Security
PhotoEditor.Studio uses HTTPS connections, modern security headers, and secure development practices to protect your browsing experience.
5. Third-Party Services
PhotoEditor.Studio uses the following third-party services only as described:
• Vercel Hosting and CDN: site hosting, delivery, and protection; may process minimal technical request data
• Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate, cookieless metrics loaded only after your consent
• Google Analytics: additional metrics loaded only after your consent
• Google AdSense: connection code active during review, with no ad units at this time
• Google CMP: certified platform that manages advertising consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The date of the last update is always indicated at the top of this page.
