Privacy Policy

PhotoEditor.Studio was designed with privacy as a core principle. By default, we do not use analytics tools to collect browsing data. Your image files are processed exclusively on your device, using modern browser technologies (Canvas API and Web Workers). No photo is sent, stored, or processed on our servers — because we simply don't have image processing servers. As with any hosted website, Vercel infrastructure may process minimal technical request data, such as IP address, browser headers, date, and time, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security. This is separate from Vercel Web Analytics. After you accept all in the privacy notice, we may collect basic website usage data through Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics. Neither tool receives the content of your images.

We use localStorage for your consent choice and theme preference; a NEXT_LOCALE cookie may remember language. IndexedDB keeps editing photos and jobs in the browser, while sessionStorage transfers temporary data through the download flow. These mechanisms are not all cookies and are detailed in the Cookie Policy. Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics load only after you accept all. PhotoEditor.Studio is under Google AdSense review; the advertising runtime and ad units remain disabled. Before advertising is enabled in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a certified CMP must manage the required choices.

Your photo pixels are processed in the browser: • The photo file is not sent to the application server • Photos and jobs may remain in browser IndexedDB until removed by the editor flow or browser site-data controls • Download data in sessionStorage lasts for the session and is removed by the export flow • Clearing site data in your browser removes these local stores

PhotoEditor.Studio uses HTTPS connections, modern security headers, and secure development practices to protect your browsing experience.

PhotoEditor.Studio uses the following third-party services only as described: • Vercel Hosting and CDN: site hosting, delivery, and protection; may process minimal technical request data • Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate, cookieless metrics loaded only after your consent • Vercel Speed Insights: performance and Core Web Vitals metrics loaded only after your consent • Google Analytics: additional metrics loaded only after your consent • Google AdSense: ownership identified through a meta tag and ads.txt; advertising runtime and units disabled during review • Google CMP: must be published and validated before advertising in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
